Q: What is the process from placing an online order to completing the service?
A: After your online order is successfully placed, we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact information you provided to confirm the required documents and set up a dedicated client account for you. This account will be used for future communication and the secure exchange of documents. Depending on the complexity of your case and our office workload, the overall processing time is generally about 2 to 5 business days. If needed, clients may also choose to pay an additional expedited fee to shorten the processing time.
Q: Do you provide services for overseas or non-local clients?
A: Yes. Our online services are designed specifically for non-local and overseas clients. As long as the required documents can be provided, the entire process can be completed remotely, with no in-person visit required.
Q: If I have questions about the results, can I still consult you after the service is completed?
A: Absolutely. After the service is completed, we continue to provide basic consultation support to ensure you clearly understand the filing details and the final results.
Q: Will there be additional charges if my tax situation is more complex?
A: Some more complex cases (for example, involving multiple types of business income, multiple business bank or credit card accounts, or special tax issues) may incur additional fees. We will clearly explain any applicable charges before formally proceeding, and we will only continue after obtaining your consent.
Q: If the tax authority raises further inquiries after submission, will you provide assistance?
A: If the issue arises from an error on our part, we will assist you in explaining and responding to the tax authority. However, if the issue is due to missing information provided by the client or undisclosed income, additional fees will apply. Clients may also choose to purchase our audit protection service to avoid the stress of audits. This service may be added as an optional item during the ordering process; however, we do not provide protection for any illegal activities.
Q: After the service is completed, can I view or download my tax documents?
A: Yes. All finalized documents will be uploaded to your client account, where you can log in at any time to view and download them for your records.
Q: Is the online service secure? Will my personal information be leaked?
A: We take client privacy and data security very seriously. All documents are transmitted and stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to authorized staff. We will never disclose your information to any third party.
